who’s the werewolf and who’s the hunter?

Ahh I can see Ryukyu as the werewolf who ends up meeting this usually fierce hunter, Miruko, however they end up being completely entranced by each other.

who’s the mermaid and who’s the fisherman?

Rykyu is the amazingly pretty mermaid that tries to lure in fisherman Miruko (and ohmygod the imagery of Rumi in fisherman/maybe pirate clothes is wayyy to strong for me and I might just die-) or she ends up tangled in Miruko’s net and they lock eyes and are completely in awe.

who’s the witch and who’s the familiar?

Well. Miruko is the familiar, definitely. The kinda overprotective but also really sweet and nice type that will very carefully watch over Ryukyu as she does her little witchy things!

who’s the barista and who’s the coffee addict?

Ryukyu is that barista that takes extra care when serving everyone, but always seems to mess up when sorting out the order for a particularly hot, but very overworked Miruko, who comes in for her regular strong coffee each day. And she may or may not have figured out Ryukyu’s schedule just so she can always be served by this cute bashful barista. (Again, wow Ryukyu in a barista outfit???)

who’s the professor and who’s the TA?

Ooohhhh I’m not too sure, but I can see Miruko being the really enthusiastic professor and Ryukyu just sitting there, trying to help teach but getting really distracted by how the other teaches.

who’s the knight and who’s the prince(ss)?

Ahhhhhh I really just wanna see Miruko in armour as a knight in shining armour and such. With Ryukyu being an elegant princess who actually really just wants to get out and do stuff, explore and perhaps fight some bad guys y’know?

who’s the teacher and who’s the single parent?

Ryukyu is the bashful teacher and Miruko is the single parent that walks into their first meeting and instantly blurts out for her to marry her lmao definitely. I can also really see her parenting Bakugou....out of many others...

who’s the writer and who’s the editor?

Hmmmm it’s either Ryukyu writes little novels and Miruko really intensely edits them. Or Miruko writes some really action-packed fiction, and Ryukyu gets incredibly involved in the storyline while starting to notice some hints towards herself in the storyline....
