Omg, I finally got around to reading the Not Without You anthology last week on vacation, and your story was amazing! I loved it SO much. And when I saw where Bucky was calling Steve from, I had to do a double take. I live in San Antonio, and all I could think was, "why the f*ck would Bucky be in Bulverde of all places?" :P But then their whole conversation after breakfast had me feeling so many feelings. It was absolutely wonderful. Thanks for doing what you do!

Oh wow, thank you so much!!!!!!!! I’m so glad you liked The Arsonist’s Choir - I had a lot of fun writing it, in spite of the fact that I drove Steph and Boop crazy with all of the rewriting and editing. :D

At some point, I probably should post it on AO3, too.  But I’m glad you liked it & hope you enjoy the other fics (and great art!) in the NWY Anthology!!! <3

Hahahaha. Every ask for this meme that I’ve gotten has had this # in it.

Y’all just want me to say NCIS LA, don’t you? And NCIS as a franchise. And all procedural shows. And basic cable series in general. Because yes to all of it. I can’t stand any of it anymore.

What happened? I don’t fucking know.

14. Unpopular opinion about your fandom?

About the fandom? Y’all are really extra. Just. Really. It’s A Lot. You stress me out.

Within the fandom? Hooo boy. How about that the het ships aren’t terrible and it’s okay for people to ship it? What the hell is wrong with BuckyNat? People have trigger warnings for a pairing, maybe I’m just too old to understand this.

Also, even though I’m weak as hell for the love that spans across decades and survives torture and brainwashing and depression...I think, ultimately, Sam is a better fit for Steve than Bucky is. That’s my brain talking. My heart has multiple opinions on the subject.
