"Be Here Now" -- The Andy Whitfield Story

Andy Whitfield was a beautiful soul and a true warrior. He passed tragically at age 39 of cancer. Eyes are portals to the soul, and I can feel his soul by looking at his eyes. He is an inspiration to me. Through his story, I stumbled upon his wife, Vashti's blog. Her blog is beautiful, honest, and so real.

It makes me think of an image of new life sprouting out of scorched ground… I feel like we all have a personal responsibility to respect life and to really appreciate as much of it as we can for ourselves and for those who had to leave this earth prematurely.

Vashti honors his memory by celebrating it, and "being here now," embracing life and this moment. Stumble upon her blog sometime.
