Dear Rhysie, what's the weirdest thing that's ever happened to you?

Am I being referred to as Rhysie now oh that is just splendid

...A lot of weird shit has happened to me, I’m not sure if I can think of anything too wild though...

OH WAIT. I dunno if it’s the weirdest thing ever, but it was the weirdest thing I could think of right now, and it was really surprising at the time. When I was in 4th grade, I had to be like 9 years old, I was walking to school, and I was about a block away from my house when this drag queen came sauntering past me. She had to be at least 6 feet tall, she was wearing...I think it was a really short and tight purple dress and high heels, and she took huge STRIDES, right past me, like she was power walking and really had somewhere to be at 6 AM. I slowed down as this majestic figure just went strutting in the opposite direction, and I think I just had to stop right there and take in what just happened. I somehow knew what drag queens were when I was 9 years old too, like I could just tell. It’s something that’s stuck with me for my entire life.

Hey, I need something new to read and I know you read Saiyuki. I'm peripherally aware that there are three iterations of the manga (Original, Reload/Blast?). Should I start with the original or is there a particular version I should start with?

Start with Saiyuki (Gensomaden Saiyuki) then Reload then Reload Blast. Do not watch the anime. Anytime between Saiyuki and Reload read Gaiden and Ants of Heaven. Ibun is best read after Reload.
