I’ve done some research and I’ll never stop learning. I’ve gotten closer to God/ the higher power. I’ve learned to balance myself and maintain my inner peace majority of the time. Of course I still have trigger moments because I’ll never be perfect BUT learning how to keep my balance even durning those triggers is the ultimate goal. Spirit is real, energy is real, frequencies are real. Keeping your energy field protected and aligned on your journey is so important. Never give up even when it gets hard. LAST SERMON OF humanity's last Holy messenger : PROPHET MUHAMMAD ( pbuh )

After glorifying and praising the One Creator of the heavens and the Earth and all in between:Allah Almighty, he ( peace be upon him) stated some of the following: "O people, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether, after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore, listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and TAKE THIS MESSAGE TO THOSE WHO COULD NOT BE PRESENT HERE TODAY.* *O people, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as sacred, so regard the life and property of every muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. ALLAH Almighty has forbidden you to take usury (interest). Therefore, all interest-obligation shall, henceforth, be waived.* *Beware of Satan, for the safety of your belief system. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to gain your worship, so beware of following him in small things.* *O people, it is true that you have the right with regards to your woman, but they also have rights over you. If they abide by your rights then to them belong the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And never commit adultery.* *O people, listen to me in earnest, worship ALLAH Almighty, offer your five daily prayers (salat) on time, fast during the month of ramadan, and give your wealth in zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to. You know that every muslim is the brother of another muslim. YOU ARE ALL EQUAL.. No body has superiority over another except by piety and good action.* *Remember, one day you will appear before ALLAH Almighty and answer for your deeds. O beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.* *O people, NO PROPHET OR APOSTLE WILL COME AFTER ME AND NO NEW FAITH WILL BE BORN. Reason well, therefore people, understand my word, which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the QURAN and my SUNNAH and if you follow these you will not go astray.* *All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again, and may the last understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. (Amen!) Be my witness, O ALLAH Almighty, that I have conveyed your message to your people" *THIS SERMON WAS DELIVERED ON THE NINTH DAY OF DHUL-HIJJAH 10 AD, IN THE URANAH VALLEY OF MOUNT ARRAFAT* about 1400 years ago and imagine: all the attendees truly loved this man and by default then, cared & tried to memorize and note this message. They lived by it too, due to their conviction and belief in Truth and the Last Messenger PBUH, so that we, even today could get a taste of his last sermon. Please pass his message along for all others to also witness the truth and beauty of this prophet and what he was instructed to share with humanity, by the One Pure Divine Entity: Allah Almighty, who each one of us shall return to when we die.*
