This lovely costume was first seen in 1937 when Jeanette MacDonald wore it as Miss Morrison in the film 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆.   Next, it was worn by an extra in the 1941 film 𝑩𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒖𝒔𝒕.   Finally, Elsa Bassermann was seen wearing it as Madame Perot in the 1943 film 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒆.   Learn more about this costume our website at Bit.ly/VicEd170
