I am-ing. I being. I me-ing. What a tremendous amount of compassion I feel for all my permutations...past self, present self, future self, highest self...so grateful to all of my selves. Reading over old journals I recognize how my past self slowly & surely built up that self love muscle, how the very act of writing & reading painful posts articulating the voices of obsession, diminished self worth, numbing out when abandonment issues were triggered & awakening to passion again & again is honoring all I've been through on this journey.
