"how do you make your edited moodboards? they're so cutie" โ @sungsweetly
I think that's what the ask said, I tried to remember it as best I could ๐ญ
HIII, I will be answering this ask that was sent to me a few days ago, I think I accidentally deleted the original ask because I can't find it anywhere ๐ญ (im sooo sorry), but anyways, the point is that I will try to explain a bit how I make my edited mbs since the process is a bit mess, so I will do my best to make it understandable (btw, thank you so much for the compliment, I really appreciate it ๐ซถ).
1. As I said before, the process is VERY messy because most of the time I don't have a clear idea of what I can do and the final result is what came out spontaneously when I was doing it lmao.
2. The app I use FOR EVERYTHING is IbisPaint X (my best frieeend), there the tools I use the most are the brushes, the eraser, blending mode, the shapes and the filters.
3. For this Yena's mb, I mostly used images as textures and used the blending mode to see which one looked best. The ones I use the most are Lighten, Screen, Overlay, Soft Light, and Hard Light, although of course this may vary depending on the colors of the images you are using. I also used the eraser with the airbrush and eliminated some parts of the texture so that it wouldn't look so strong (although it's better to simply lower the opacity).
4. For other mbs (like this of Giselle), I simply played with random shapes and images I found related to the mb, and what I did was manually remove the background (since the background wouldn't allow me to erase it with the magic wand). The rest was simply erasing the edges of these with the airbrush to give that blurred effect.
5. For gifs with multiple images, I use the rectangle shape and edit it to fit the shape of the image exactly (for example, the screen of a camera or a tv), and then I place each image there (always using the clipping mask so that it is placed only in the shape we made), and I save each time I add one (my gifs commonly have approximately 6-8 images, 2 of the idol and the other random images), then you go to the app or website that you use to create your gifs and that's it!
(Songs in the video: Dirty Work - aespa, Nemonemo - Yena, Full Moon - VIVIZ)
Here is a video that basically compiles everything said here, if it goes too fast I apologize, it's the slowest I could get it since it's a timelapse from IbisPaint X ๐ญ
And I think I've already said everything I basically do for those mbs, I hope everything was understood since english is not my first language ๐ฅน
