Good chat with the other women in my office this lunchtime which led to a new state of mind about the whole BM situation..

They said that it always takes a new person coming into the office, for them to realise how wrong the way he treats them is. Because it just becomes the norm.

They said that you can fight it, but after a while you just can't be bothered to put up the fight anymore, just accept it and stay. It's like he has the power of mind control, he will emotionally blackmail you and he also doesn't like the fact that the three of us in the office get on. He will try to make us work against each other - he's just a bully.

So I am going to fight. I don't feel guilty anymore for the others because they understand and I have told them that this is what I am going to.

It is wrong, and he won't manipulate me any longer. They say that he doesn't learn and even if you get through to him one day, the next day will be a new battle.

...so be it.
