Hello everyone. This is Ihsan Hines from My Brother's Keeper Cares @MBKCares. I have something on my heart and mind right now. First off I hope you're doing well and enjoying peace today. To our brothers and sisters all over the world, we haven't forgotten you. The MBKCares team is refocusing, reloading and preparing for the next phases of our mission. The community matters to us and making an authentic connection is key for our purpose. The benefit of the people and the betterment of our communities has always been and will continue to be what's most important to us. We believe that this must be evident in our movement and in our rest. This must be clear in our words and moments of silence as we practice healthy communication. That includes speaking when necessary while always listening and being attentive to the voices and needs of our neighbors. We are in this human experience together and we all need each other. We all need love. We all need support. Please keep MBKCares in your thoughts and prayers as we move forward individually and as an organization. On behalf of a my fellow board members Allana Joyner-Stephens, Lamar Dixon, Kirsten Britt, and Eric Marsh, we thank you for entrusting us to walk with you all on the journey to healing and growth. We are all in this together. From our hearts to yours. Have a peaceful night and remember these words, healing is a process. Much love, Ihsan. #MBKCares #HealingIsAProcess #MentalHealth #SuicidePrevention #SuicideAwareness #Wellness #WeAreAllInThisTogether (at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) https://www.instagram.com/p/CL7ehRehp-3/?igshid=3p9ge0v6gage
