#TeamVICTOR ends #MBZIRC on a high note: the team competed in the grand challenge, and with time to spare, successfully completed one of the challenge's tasks. Last night, the Challenge 1/3 sub-team of #TeamVICTOR ventured to a test site about 20 minutes outside of Dubai to test the drones they are using for #MBZIRC. Joining #TeamVICTOR in Abu Dhabi at #MBZIRC are the Rossi's, a #Hokie family that supported the team. Spouses and @virginia.tech alumni Adam Rossi, a civil engineering major, and Laila Rossi, a psychology major in the College of Science, contributed to the team on behalf of their venture capital and private equity company, Indie. The Rossi’s, also both grads of the Pamplin College of Business master of business administration program, brought their three children along with them to the competition. We're so glad to have them cheering for Team VICTOR in the stands! (at Yas Marina Circuit)
