GREEN ONION SHENANIGANS🧅

I feel like this would be so valid for like, my Post-Minish Cap Au. Link used to do it ALL the time, and just picks them and eat them. As him and Zelda grew older, during the before events of Minish Cap, Link told Zelda about these wild green onions and you can straight eat them, and then Zelda eats them too.

They both just, go out in the woods, sometimes with baskets, getting their hands all in the dirt and digging up free onions and harvesting them to bring back, and sometimes just eating them too. Sometimes they just eat them when they are bored too.

They still do it even after the game, in my Post-Minish Cap events in their teenage years. They still eat wild onions. Some people are just like, “what the heck are yall doing? If you wanna eat onions just buy regular onions…” Nah. Set them free in the Forrest and they prefer wild onions.

Malon would be out in the woods with them one day, and she like, never does this, just cause she is used to always eating like the sweet onions, whites ones that grow in your garden. Malon walking through the woods like, “Hey! I found these cute little mushrooms we could add for the risotto-“ she stops. Sees Link and Zelda crouched down, hands all dirty and they are chewing grass (well she thinks they are eating straight grass, not realizing it’s actually onions) and goes, “……what in the HECK are yall doing???”

My Post-Minish Cap Au Malon is done!!!! I finally finished her full body design and coloring, as well as a few panels of Malon’s “Mom Mode” on lol! Link and Zelda are literally children, and even though they are teenagers now, they still get into mischievous which Malon has to witness it all.

Link and Zelda are full of baloney so while Malon loves them dearly and wouldn’t want any bad to happen to them, she literally retains herself from smacking them cause sometimes she is like “WHAT IN TARNATION ARE YALL DOING NO-“

I tried to set my Malon design apart from the OoT Malon design and add my own details, but also keep some of her original colors and style so she is still recognizable! If you’ve seen my pencil drawing of her, I wrote that her grandmother was a Gerudo, full blooded to be exact. So if you look zoom in closer on her bracelets, you’ll see not the Gerudo Symbol, but the Gerudo key that goes with the symbol, and in the games it’s originally on her apron too, so I just made it more visible then your original OoT design. She also has a few scars cause, what country gal dosent have scars??? I know I got a few from working on the farm so I thought to add that detail too! She always keeps a lasso too cause you never know when you might need one. Got a cow that’s stuck somewhere? She got you! Link stuck in some swamp mud cause he wasn’t carful? No problem! Malon’s got you covered!
