Equilibrium MC^2 Double IPA (Picked up at Whole Foods in Miami). A 4 of 4. Juicy, sweet, bitter, and balanced. Lots of big IPAs do this quite well, and this is one of them -- lots of primarily tropical fruit juice up front, and much more orange-y behind it. The body has some thickness to it and carries a firm, lingering bitterness towards the finish.

Remus, for sure! He’s the definition of a fun-loving Gryffindor who exists solely to annoy (and warm) his Slytherin lover. In this case, Remus would do it for a laugh because he knows Severus will always have something witty to say in return.

One headcanon about your OTP that breaks your heart

Matthew was so distraught after Lavinia’s death and adamant that he and Mary shouldn’t marry because he knew that, had he let go of Lavinia before and taken Mary when he had the chance to, she wouldn’t have died. Essentially, he blames himself for not letting go of her sooner, not breaking Lavinia’s heart.

What’s the first thing that changes when they realize they have feelings for the other?

The fact that Matthew is more free with his words, if you know what I mean… 😏

Сауна в mc^2

Сегодня после тренировки в раздевалке заметил, что сауна была включена. Сходил пару раз погрелся. Помасировал мышцы. Кайф.

Вчера, она тоже работала, там грелся мужик. Зашёл на разок.

В общем прикольно. Думается это лучше растяжки-заминки. По крайней мере, тянуться сильно после тренировки точно плохо. Проверено на своём опыте и теорией от разных людей.

Надо будет её включать перед тренькой, она как раз минут 45 идёт (короткая, но интенсивная). Мужчина в раздевалке сегодня поведал, что она нагрелась за 20-30 минут до 85 градусов. 45 минут как раз будет ~100 как сегодня :)

КроссФит

Сходил сегодня на тренировку в mc^2 по бесплатному месячному абонементику (спасибо 2му месту в IT футболе).

Решил ходить на кроссфит. Посоветовал мне его однокомандник по баскетболу (Виталя Прокопьев). Который в последнее время отличился тем, что загвоздил мячик пару раз в прорыве :) Значит результат есть, надо пробовать.

Тренер - Игорь Цимбалов. Делал я сегодня следующее:

сначала поприседал, просто, со штангой, поувеличивали веса. Присед глубокий, спина ровная, попу тянем назад, колени не водим туда-сюда.

Потом проверили мои прыжки, присед+рывок грифа (15кг), отжимания. Потом я сделал комплекс "21+15+9" с этими трёмя упражнениями. Т.е. сначала присед+рывок 21 раз, потом 21 прыжок, потом 21 отжимание, потом в том же порядке по 15, потом по 9. Всё без перерывов. Первые прыжки дались с трудом, в последнем 21ом немного стукнул ногу об тумбочку, но ничего страшного.

Прыжки на тумбочку (сначала пробовал 40см, потом 60см и работал с ней же). Прыгаем, выпрямляемся на верху, прыгаем вниз. Если есть уверенность, стараемся как можно быстрее отскочить внизу ("плиометрия").

Замерили пульс сразу после - 159. Тренер сказал: "как-будто книжку читал". Видимо, хорошо. Засекли время. Типа через пару-тройку месяцев (когда опять буду проходить такие же подходы) - сравним. Надо уменьшать время, но делать всё правильно.

Тренироваться буду ~3 раз в неделю.

Игорь сказал, что в кроссфите куча разнообразных упражнений. Чтобы организм не привыкал к нагрузке и постоянно шёл процесс адаптации, который запускает "нужные" процессы в спортивном организме.

В целом понравилось. Позанимаемся месяцок, сделаю оценку.
