McLennon Week 2022
Hello everyone! I’ve been thinking about hosting a fandom event for a while and given that 6th of July (aka the day John met Paul) is coming in a few more weeks, I thought it would be a perfect time to make a McLennon Week to celebrate the wonderful (although at times complicated) relationship between this two legends.
The idea is fairly simple: There would be a selection of prompts to fulfill along said week (from the 4th to the 10th of July), with either fanfics, illustrations, moodboards or whatever other piece of media you want to create. The only requirement is that it is centered around John and Paul.
It doesn’t have to focus on their relationship from a romatic point of view, it can also be interpreted from a platonic one (I know it’s a complicated subject in the fandom), as I said, the main idea for this event is to celebrate the connection between them since it is what resulted in the creation of the The Beatles.
If you would be interested in participating, like this post (and please reblog it too so it can reach more people). According to the interest this receives I might do a poll with different prompts so we all can vote and use the most popular ones or directly pick them myself.
