After five long years of college, I am excited to announce my final project at @mcnallysmith. Through The Darkness is a musical journey through my struggles with mental health and self discovery. Some of the topics are things I talk about quite often, some of them I have never talked about before. I would love to share my journey with you and have you experience what I have learned since starting college. I am so, so proud to say that I have been accepted to McNally Smith College of Music. Since I was 12 years old, I have held a very strong commitment to being a guitarist and have spent hours upon hours on my way to becoming an accomplished musician. I have been waiting for about a week and a half to post this news because at my audition on the 18th, I had verbal confirmation that I would be accepted into the program. I will be majoring in guitar performance and minoring in music production. This is a dream come true and I will be working hard to succeed in the music industry and I know I will have a great start at McNally. I will be moving to downtown St. Paul MN and living in the student residence hall. I can't wait to explore the twin cities and use the light rail. I am looking forward to becoming an even more skilled musician. You will be seeing a lot more music from me in the very near future! So this is me being ecstatic #mcnallysmith #guitarist
