Ukrainian soldiers who suffered catastrophic injuries in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine are getting rehabilitative treatment in Maryland. 

Ukrainian healthcare facilities are stretched to the limit and Russia has gone out of its way to bomb Ukrainian hospitals. So now some Ukrainian soldiers requiring artificial limbs and specialized treatment are being cared for in the US.

Hakim Zoufri has won the Silver Edition of the Master Classics of Poker in Amsterdam. On the additional day of play, Zoufri needed only half an hour to grind his opponent Fabio Sperling down. A classic flip ended it all and Zoufri was soon lifting the trophy and posing with the cheque worth €275,608 after beating a field of 356 entries.

Like the Main Event, the high roller field was bigger than last year and they needed a third day to finish things.

Boeken had already locked up his seat for Day 2 of the MCOP Main Event on Day 1a and entered the €10,000 High Roller event last minute.

The first ever Dutch EPT Champion and MCOP Main Event winner battled himself through the field of 74 to come out victorious, beating Charlie Carrel
