Poor Jesse tries his best. He really cares for Tracer but it has always been difficult to take care of her in a proper way. He got in more trouble than he should have for her, especially when he was younger. Aaaaand nobody knows but Olivia DO wears trousers under that dress because they're confortable and to *coff* switch fast *coff coff* to Sombra mode *coff intensifies* Also, GO TRACER, rock those trousers!!

That’s a good question! Everyone in the story is confused too! :^) She’s actually a human that acquired powers through a magical artifact named “Los Muertos” so she CAN use magic, but only if she wears the artifact 👍
