WHY DID I DO THAT THING THAT I DID THAT ONE TIME

Remember that one time, years ago, like sophomore year of high school, when I had pink hair and made vlogs constantly and had millions of views on YouTube and was almost internet-famous?

No. No one does. Because I deleted my account during a moment of emotional turmoil when I was 16, stopped making videos, and became a sad, sad recluse who regrets that definitive moment so super hard.

Gravity defied An ornament in the air My hair, whipped straight up

This is a condensed, haiku-version of one of my favorite lines from my novel, Where I Am. The original line is:

"For a moment, I defy gravity. I hang like an ornament in the air. My hair is whipped straight up."
