this dead trees been in my backyard for ages, & after the dragons defeat, it suddenly started to bloom!

this leafless tree was one of my earliest builds on this world, back in the switch days... it was meant to be based off of a dream i had, though it didnt actually reflect it all too well. i didnt have a lot of materials at the time & just opted to use wood, when in the dream id describe it looking more similar to bone blocks.

i decided to finally give it foliage to commemorate my achievement of beating the game, & gave the ground under the canopy some lomg awaited celebratory decorations.

i know its a bit Much, but i like how lively it is now, i think my favorite part might be the coral at the bottom of the pond

(& fun fact, this stone nether portal looking thing in the trunk is actually from a separate dream!)

so ya, im thinling of rebuilding the Original vision (with the proper blocks) of the tree somewhere else at some point

i haven't really been able to see the moon in almost 2 weeks and I got to see her tonight and she looks as happy to see me as I am to see her

weighing over if watching captain america the first avenger instead of going to bed right now will be worth me falling asleep in class tomorrow

HYACINTH’S CURSE

While the origins of Hyacinth’s curse remain a mystery, they know they’ve had it as long as they can remember. At first it was a small dark mole on their chest, just over their heart. But, as they grew up, the curse did too. It began to envelop their chest, which caused the people of the temple to avoid them, Hyacinth being isolated on suspicion of having an unknown illness. Gradually, the curse began to weave glowing golden vaguely eye-shaped veins of its own as it kept spreading. Once that was noticed, Hyacinth wasn’t regarded as an ill child anymore, instead they were instantly pronounced an oracle, being blessed with a gift of connection to the divine. Like that, they were momentarily ascended onto the bridge to godhood in the eyes of the temple’s residents, and morphed into a puppet in the eyes of the priests.
