💗 - What are they craving to be done to themselves?
shadow’s a big guy, yeah? so everyone expects him to dominate. and he does, because that’s what everyone expects and wants of him, including the women he’s been with. he doesn’t mind, he likes fulfilling people’s expectations if not exceeding them, so he plays the part. he’s not usually a rough lover (unless they ask for it), but he’s just about always the dominant party. WELL, what he would like is to be on the opposite end at some point. have the woman take charge in bed. he’s always admired strong and powerful women, since his mom was one, and he would definitely not mind his lover being in charge.
💑 - What do they think of while they masturbate?
tbh shadow doesn’t masturbate that much (refer to this), but on the occasions that he does, his mind usually goes to his past sexual experiences so he can relive them. he doesn’t feel much sexual attraction on appearance alone, so it’s usually the few intimate relationships he’s had he thinks about. and if he’s in a current relationship, on the off chances he does masturbate, he’ll most often think of them. so in canon, laura was his closest romantic partner hence the partner he was most sexually attracted to, so any time he’s masturbated while they were together (including in prison but he did so extremely rarely bc lack of privacy and general non-arousal) he’s thought of her, and during canon or after canon, he’ll be thinking of her and the sex they had and the soft way her body is sculpted and how she felt in his arms and on top of him and wrapped around him.
👀 - What gets them in the mood when they just see it?
his current partner in a sexy position or outfit. or such for anyone he’s developed a strong affinity for, which isn’t often and usually takes a while, but it happens. there is ONE exception to this and that is Easter/Ostara. in the book, she said something about her thighs rubbing together as she walked and shadow got Tingly at that. i believe it was the only time that shadow felt arousal toward a person at face value (besides Bast but then she more or less seduced him in his dreams which turned reality i still don’t know what to think of that scene). and in the show, shadow gets flustered upon first meeting Ostara, which i feel is relevant. shadow is just Weak for Ostara in general lol.
