Both, supernatural beings and humans are affected, but in different ways! For example: Witches are more powerful than usual and could perform spells they would not be able to handle any other day. They could also be tempted by the darker or lighter side inside of them. Vampires could have a stronger bloodlust. More or less control, depending on the character. So the spell affects their supernatural abilities! For humans it’s not necessarily on a physical level, though your character could be moderately stronger than usual. In general their emotions and feelings would be on overdrive, like a newly turned vampire in TVD and TO.
