A theory

So I believe that the TVA we see in the Loki series is not governed by the Time Keepers, but the Time Twisters. They are the opposites of the Keepers and strive to break up the timeline rather than keep it together. The reason is that Mobius mentiones vampires, and in my knowledge, only the Time Twisters dealt with vampires. Plus, the logo is an hour glass in the form of a twisted loop. So when Loki is sent to the TVA by Sylvie, he is sent to where the actual Time Keepers are. That's why Mobius doesn't recognize him.

The upcoming phase 4 TV shows are directly under the supervision of Marvel Studios i.e Kevin Fiege. Each of these series will have this humongous budget which is equivalent to all Marvel Netflix Series combined. Marvel is betting big on these upcoming shows as these will be closely tied into the movies unlike the previous shows. In AOU Wanda showed the OGs something that deeply affected them. At some point, even Bruce turned Hulk mode but we didn't get to see what Wanda showed him. What if she showed him something that has yet to happen. As in, in Endgame. And it upset him so much, Hulk had to take over?

So what if the thing she showed Bruce will actually happen this time and will be the reason Hulk is finally showing his face in Endgame
