I start every day by backwards planning my day and then setting my work out at the beginning of the day. My workout is usually between 4 and 5 AM. However, speaking today down south in Portland and over the University of Oregon and then back over to the Oregon coast to my favorite place in the world Cannon Beach. It’s 2:15 AM and I have two hours to get my workout in, followed by 7 mile run. I’m one month away from the Tulsa marathon and feeling great.
