Try My Dear Cold Blooded King. It's a completed series, gorgeously drawn and a fantastic story. You can read up to 5 episodes a day with your daily pass.
The character you'll immediately get Sev vibes from is Ryusaki Hayate.
He's one of my favorites in all webtoon!
