Is Chara still narrating Frisk life?
No, but I kept Frisk’s word balloons in second person cuz it “sounded” more in tune with their character.

Is Asriel's magic weaker on his left side because of his injury?
if you look close enough you might find the answer to that.
At the end of the day they both made mistakes but, technically Asgore's mistakes are far more serious and led to the deaths of humans. If you think about not only did Asgore betray Toriel by declaring war on humans again but also his orders went against everything Asriel stood and literally died for. Toriel isn't perfect but, she still a kind caring person and mother but, based off her actions in the game she can be selfish while Asgore is a great Father and Friend he's a terrible king.
Well. Like someone said: even the wisest one can be wrong sometimes. Although it’s fiction, this can reflect our reality so much on many scales.
As like I mentioned previously, Asgore really didn’t mean to let it happen. He wasn’t himself. An image of Asriel dusting away is what caused his parents to become like that. Unintentional overreaction. They even didn’t know about Chara’s true plan too. Perhaps, it could’ve been handled differently only if Asgore managed to think briefly in a positive way then, maybe, Toriel wouldn’t misinterpret him at all.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Toriel and her design a lot, the truth is we can’t help it when complaining about movies/games/things. It’s cool to see any characters having flaws, and if a character is far too perfect, the story wouldn’t be fun at all. But then again, an opinion is an opinion, so don’t take it too personally.
What has Chara been doing in the Afterlife if you don't mind me asking?
Wait, I thought she wasn't able to answer because the annoying dog took her phone. And the dog was hanging around in waterfall and other places outside the ruins, so I don't think that can be evidence to say there isn't a faulty signal (although I'm not saying there is). You guys have a post about that, I swear. The dialogue is when you are in the room with the mysterious artifact, and, when you call Toriel, the phone (which is with the dog in your inventory) rings in your pocket.
(undertale spoilers)
Yes, the ringing does come from the dog in Frisk’s inventory in the artifact room. It is a hilarious gag that calls back to the shenanigans in the Ruins when the dog steals Toriel’s phone. However, Toriel manages to recover her phone.
Furthermore, when the dog has the phone, the following is seen when Frisk tries to call Toriel.
This is very different from “Nobody picked up,” which is seen as soon as Toriel leaves the living room to close off the Ruins door.
While Toriel cheerfully calls Frisk a “silly child” for dialing her while she is sitting in front of them, Toriel refuses to answer the phone after Frisk insists on leaving the Ruins.
Even calling Toriel again in the basement will result in the same text.
Sorry I'm new here but, just for clarification what's your interpretation of Chara?
Yo, new follower! I’d say, they’re not the best nor worst either. The world is what made Chara become like that and be influenced by diverse situations. I’d tell more, but that would be spoilerish.
Unfortunately, Sessi’s magic is blocked by the barrier.
No, she is not.
Of course! Education is very important.
Children wear stripes, but the exception is the school uniform.
You may have already seen the post made by Eruto, but for those who missed it, the pink cat’s name is Bethesda B. Ubisoft (nicknamed Thes). The seal is called Sesealia Squaresoft (nicknamed Sessi).
Why was Gaster's eye lights were out when they first met Chara?
literally no reason other than the fact that it looked spookier. sometimes you just gotta go with what’s cool.
