One of the things I hope they definitely got rid of in ME1 was the repetitive human enemy dialogue in combat lol

“ENEMieS EVerYWHerE!” and “I WILL DESTROY YOU” haunt me to this day lmao

I am a fan since: I've been a fan of the series for about 10 years now, started just before the 2nd one released and have been deep in the hole of love, pain and depression of the series ever since <3

Favourite game of the series?: Probably ME2 it being the game that truly solidified my love for the series it's world and it's characters, plus it's Dlc is some of the most fun content the series has ever had

MShep or FShep?: I started playing with MShep and continued to for years but after playing a little with FShep I will be doing at least my first playthrough of the Legendary edition with FShep

Earthborn, Colonist,or Spacer: earthborn, I love the concept of a someone coming from a life of poverty on the streets of earth and becoming the galaxies saviour, although I have used spacer once of twice before

Biotics or Tech: Biotics, biotics every time

Paragon or renegade: Paragon, I've done renegade once or twice but I love goody two shoes nice to everyone Paragon Shepard (although I do like them having a bit of a mean streak so I can justify doing all the renegade interrupts)

Favourite Class?: Vanguard

Favourite Companion: ooohh this is a tough one, probably Garrus or Tali, or both, gotta love the ride or die relationship they have with Shepard

Least favourite Companion: aw no this one's even harder, I don't really have any I dislike but Kaidens probably the one I interact with the least

My Squad Selection: Ashley+Kaiden/Garrus+Wrex(ME 1) Garrus+Zaeed/Garrus+Tali (ME2) Liara+Garrus/Tali+Garrus(ME3)

Favourite In-game Romance: Liara

Other pairings I like: GarrusxFshep, I also like Garrus and Tali's lil romance if you dont romance either of them

Favourite NPC: Aria or Urdnot Bakura(eve)

Favourite Antagonist: although I'm tempted to pick TIM, I absolutely love Saren

Favourite Mission: The Suicide Mission

Favourite Loyalty Mission: Tali's

Favourite DLC: The Lair of The Shadow Broker (although From Ashes is a close second cos I love Javik)

Control, Synthesis or Destroy: Destroy

I’ve already accepted that it’s going to be a remaster and not a remake. I’m sad, but I’ve accepted it. So... list of things I need in the ME remaster or else I’m gonna throw it right back at them:

- if not on old-gen... at least on series x and ps5 IT NEEDS TO RUN SMOOTHLY AT 60FPS . That’s like... if you can’t do that just go home BioWare.

- upgrade ME1 and ME2 textures at least to ME3 level ...and then make them all better. I wouldn’t say no to dear old 4K.

- update character creation and... by the goddess... FEMSHEP. DEFAULT. APPEARANCE. AVAILABLE. FROM. THE. START.

- I shouldn’t be saying this but its EA we’re talking about so... every single dlc needs to be included and available right away. I’m watching you, you greedy bastards.

- last but not least... if you could throw in Shepard’s hoodie that was in the collector as an item available for the character that would be great.

With these rumors swirling around about a ME Trilogy Remaster

(that I’m confident is happening and I CANT wait to jump into the world again). I would still love a game with Shepard after the war or even in the beginning of her career. I’d love to see her as a fresh out of combat squeaky clean soldier (go through her life paths and huge military moments that shaped her) and a Shepard that is post war, no longer in a combat role, battling ptsd and guilt and when she’s called again she suits up. I feel like why Andromeda didn’t do well is they made it feel extremely unconnected to ME and even though that was their goal, I think it hindered the game. I’ve done ONE successful play through of that game and NEVER picked it up again. Meanwhile, I’m on playthrough 300 with my new Shepard like I’ve never played ME before. I think Biowares gold is in Dragon Age and switching out the main character every new game (I low key really like my inquisitor and would love to be her again in DA4) that isn’t a surprise. But to have a ME game without Shepard and to narrowly connect it to that universe but also want it to be its own, DIDNT work. Shepard is ME and I think that shouldn’t change. I’m sure BioWare can figure it out, do it right and bring Shepard back maybe for a new Trilogy. (I could be just way too excited about the remaster, but I’d hope they realize Shepard is and always will be the way to go.)
