Meal prep is something that I have always struggled with. I just can never be prepared enough to cook meals on a Sunday evening and I can never find enough storage space to keep all the containers at home ready to take to work.
This has meant resorting to eating from sub-standard cafe’s and bakeries in the small choice around my work, where the food is nowhere near as nutrient dense as I need.
Now I know that this is my own fault in a way for being lazy and not getting my act together, which has probably (definitely) hindered my progress, but it opens the door for services like the one I am about to tell you about. Anyone in the UK who struggles with meal prepping then I suggest to have a read.
