This Spinach Salad with Warm Maple Bacon Dressing is a delightful combination of fresh spinach, crispy bacon, and a sweet maple dressing. It's a perfect blend of flavors and textures, making it a great side dish or a light meal.
Ingredients: 6 cups fresh baby spinach leaves. 8 slices bacon, chopped. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the fresh spinach leaves in a big salad bowl. The chopped bacon should be cooked in a skillet over medium heat until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra grease. Put the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and olive oil in the same pan. For about two minutes, stir the dressing and cook it until it's warm and a little thicker. Add the spinach to the salad bowl and then pour the warm maple bacon dressing on top of it. Cut the almonds into thin slices, add the dried cranberries, and then crumble the feta cheese into the salad bowl. Mix everything together slowly so that the dressing covers the spinach and other foods. Add salt and pepper to the salad as needed. Serve right away as a warm and tasty spinach salad. Have fun!
