Week 3/52 - Paleo Meal Perp: Chicken, Brussels Sprouts, Apple, Beets
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
1 bag brussels sprouts
1 package steam fresh beets
2 apples
coconut oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a baking sheet with foil
Slice brussels spouts in half and toss with coconut oil
Place chicken breast and brussels on baking sheet
Cook for ~18-20 minutes
While chicken is cooking, slice apples and beets
Evenly divide all food between 3-5 containers
