So I have been asked what is a appropriate meal prep that's easy to eat and stays with in our requirements. In your earlier months you want to avoid fruit because of the sugar, carbs and try to make sure you get the most protein per meal. So here is what I like to pack for my take to work or on the go meal. Over sized tackle boxes have way too much food and hard to keep cool. I usually get to 16 oz blocks of cheese like Colby Jack & Pepper Jack Cheese. For meat I go to my deli and get smoked turkey breast & low sodium ham. Other good options are chicken and reduced fat pepperoni. You want to avoid salami and summer sausage because they are not as healthy. I like to pop some olives in the bottom. Later when you can put veggies. I also pack a boiled egg and a half of sandwich back of porkrinds our go too crunch and no carbs. Personally I love the chili lime they are not spicy and go great with meat and cheese. So remember keep your focus on protein, no sugar and watch the carbs π #MealPreLikeABoss π #ChefCub π»πͺ #PlanSmart π‘
