Uplift it into a warm, rich, and creamy drink to fight off the cold blues!
1 C milk
1 C water
Splenda
2 Tbl peanut butter
2 scoops Chocolate meal replacement powder
Put it all in a pot, whisk, and warm it up until everything melds together!

Calories can definitely be adjusted to fit your needs, but all of this stuff is what we had at work. I will be trying this with coconut milk, stevia, and PB2!
