I made this last week. This spicy, creamy buffalo mac and cheese is the perfect way to indulge in the flavors of two pub classics at once. It's definitely got a kick to it, though, so have a pint of your cooling beverage of choice on hand. I'd recommend either beer or milk. Buffalo Mac and Cheese 1 12 oz. box macaroni noodles 2 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can green chilies 16 oz. cream cheese, cubed 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup buffalo sauce Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9X13 pan. Cook the pasta in generously-salted water until al dente. Drain. Combine the pasta with remaining ingredients.
