Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb ground pork. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup grated onion. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 8 slices cheddar cheese. 8 slices cooked ham. 4 hamburger buns. 4 tbsp mayonnaise. 4 tsp Dijon mustard. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickle slices.
Instructions: Put the pork, beef, breadcrumbs, milk, grated onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Make 4 patties out of the mixture that you mixed well. Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat. The patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt. For one minute, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are just barely golden. Get mayonnaise and Dijon mustard and put them on the bottom buns. Put lettuce, a cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of ham, tomato, and pickle slices on top. Put the top bun on top of the burger's ingredients to make it. Warm up and serve.
