More and more it seems like we are being forced to choose sides. Left or right, white or black, gay or straight, us vs them. These tribalistic behaviors once served our ancestors in a dangerous world where unknown monsters in the dark literally could end your life. Not to mention things they didn’t understand like bacteria and viruses. Those of us who are here today share the DNA of the survivors. Much of what we have woven into our very being is based off of our ancestors run ins with death and the unknown, and sometimes even in our modern world, those deep unconscious programs emerge. For most of us in this modern age we live in an world of unlimited opportunity. No longer do we fear being eaten by giant Wolves or dying of a bacterial infection. Yet our current world be it political or social media seems two draw out and re awaken our tribalism. Face it, We are ghosts driving a meat skeleton made from stardust. We all have fears, anxiety and want to feel comforted and loved. Why not just be Kind?
