I found a window to compile this fully.
I liked the idea of "Project" being a robot MewTwo and decided to try my hand at drawing him. Project is @blueboymat 's oc and this is a fan creation.
"This machine, it's unlike any mewtwo I've seen before. (yes I'll classify it as a MewTwo, I see no fault in being a machine) I wonder how it's able to perform pysionics, that is something I've only seen in very rudimentary ways before. Or maybe they aren't pysionics at all? Hmm..."
