as much it pains me to do so, i'm going to have to drop volkner for now. his muse just isnt being agreeable with me, and i'd like to give him some time to get back on his feet. hopefully you will all see him return someday...!

That’s okay, Kazu. Just like people, even Muses need their breaks! Volkner is a tired guy — overworked, underpaid, and tired of everyone’s BS. He probably just needs some time to do his own thing, and not be bothered.

Maybe someday, he’ll stop being a grump and decide to come back to the crowd. Until then, fine! Let him be grumpy! Let him be a little crap! Muses are like children; sometimes you just gotta let them do their own thing.

Sinnoh had always been her home, since she couldn’t remember much of Kanto. Well there was all the creepy ghosts that her brother talked about, but Alarana couldn’t have any specific memories come to mind. And it was on this day she decided to take a trip to Sunnyshore to see the beach! She loved the beach and everything about it. Except the water…since she couldn’t swim but everything else was fantastic!

Arriving shortly after lunch, she had been wandering the beachside for awhile when she saw…the tallest lighthouse she’d ever seen. It was the only one she’d ever seen, but that was beside the point. Bright blue eyes wandered to the top, to see a deck of some kind and she absolutely wanted up there to take a picture. Selfies on tall buildings were like becoming her new aesthetic, and so she immediately packed her purse back up to make her way over there.

Standing at the foot of the lighthouse, she wondered how exactly she was going to get in there. It looked like it was locked, and she was poking around to try and find somebody to open it. She eventually saw a blond, and he was walking in her general direction, and decided to just ask. “Hey, do you like know the person who runs this thing? I wanted to go inside and see it!”
