hi moot! sorry if this is answered somewhere else, but where do you take your custom plush comms once they open? etsy, one on one, etc..
For the advertising part, I mainly just do it on my toyhouse account and in a couple of discord servers, since it’s just easier for me to keep track of there and also more easily allows me to answer questions and do design quotes. For how I take payment and set up the order, it just depends on the customer's preference. I like using Etsy more because it automatically sets up shipping information for me, but I’ve also done it through creating an invoice and having the commissioner private message me their shipping info.
