Quirk: Pyro-Hemokinesis, Kurenai’s quirk allows her to manipulate blood as well as create and manipulate flames. Due to the dual nature of her quirk, she can absorb and manipulate, not only blood from 'donors,' but from outside sources of fire and heat as well. She can create solid forms from her blood such as weapons, chains, etc. Her flames can reach extremely high temperatures depending on the amount of heat and energy she has absorbed or stored with her body. Due to the volatile nature of her quirk, she also has a rapid regenerative healing factor. She is also able to convert absorbed heat into extra energy or to replenish stamina.
Kurenai, a universal receiver (AB+), is able to manipulate all blood types, but blood closer to her own type is still much easier to manipulate.
However, if she uses more energy/blood than she has, she risks slowing down her healing factor and incinerating herself from the inside out. Her blood is combustible when exposed to oxygen in liquid form. When she manipulates it into a solid form it is not combustible. As such she must form her own blood into weapons, etc. within her body before exposing it to oxygen or she risks harming others. The process is quick, painful and gruesome, but Kurenai has developed an extremely high pain tolerance in response.
Her quirk makes her immune to heat and flames, but susceptible to blood loss, iron deficiencies, and hypothermia.
