Medical programming takes place where the individual’s heart can be stopped, and restarted with minimal loss of life. Drugs that have been introduced to the body can be counteracted with other medications.
Medical programming is a very precise form of Monarch programming, that focuses on manipulating the brain to create alters more so than torturing the body only. It forces the mind by the introduction of hallucinogens’ to believe more readily the information the handlers wish to layer in.
It is actual programming. The mind/brain/body is being given information that it will perceive as true and factual.
