is it weird that i think merasmus and medic would be a pretty good pairing? like theyre both somewhat magic and i just think it looks funny

I had a handful of ideas about this awhile ago that I don’t remember now but the principle is still there. I think the core dynamic is that medic is indifferent and dismissive to merasmus’ existence and merasmus just fucking hates medic and does everything possible to fuck him up but of course he fails because he’s not a girlboss NOR is he a malewife.
given merasmus eventually gets over his blazing hatred for medic’s existence I think they’re a TERRIFYING duo. medic is mildly competent and offers to help merasmus with his magic and thsi is really really bad because the ONLY thing stopping merasmus from killing everyone and taking over the world is the fact that he is incapable of anything ever. medic’s definitely just using him for magic but merasmus has never had a real friend before that wasn’t soldier so every time medic shows a tiny little bit of cursory kindness to him merasmus is like 🥺👉👈 and it’s really sad. he’s soooo clingy. medic secretly appreciates the bestie but he wouldn’t say it. and then they make out
