Tincture of green soap. It consists of a vegetable oil based soap dissolved in an alcohol solution (basically the name says it all). It’s my favourite thing for getting the oils from poison ivy off of the skin while you’re out in the woods. Using this as step one and crushed fresh jewelweed as step two of a post-exposure precaution against poison ivy is a pretty thorough way to prevent a rash. . . . . #healing #soap #tincture #medictent #playthink

Bug spray made with water, alcohol, and the essential oils of lemon eucalyptus and geranium. Good for preventing mosquito and tick bites. This is the finished product of the aloe and vanilla burn gel that we make. It has a purplish tinge to it, but not really as purple as it appears here. Even though we had people walking in hot coals, breathing fire, spinning flaming poi and hoops, and various other on-fire props, it mostly saw service for people who had sun burns. Aloe leaves. Making burn gel with @songofthecedars and @aoifexxrocksxx . It's the scraped-out gel from inside aloe leaves, mixed with vanilla extract.
