We have all heard that "practice is the key to success" No person who excels in any field has gotten to where he is without having to dedicate time and effort to improve himself on a daily basis. Practicing Meditation on a regular basis with the guidance of a Meditation Teacher transforms our life, awakening to a higher state of consciousness, opens our minds and hearts to understanding and tolerance, to unconditional love for everyone and everything around us, making us understand that everything is interrelated, that there is no difference between us and others, all of which contributes to our maintaining a cordial relationship with everyone with whom we interact. But to carry it out requires training, because sometimes the lack of concentration can limit our process, however, as you progress, you will realize that you can enter a meditative state at any time and place. In the same way, the more you incorporate it into your life, you will begin to notice great changes both emotionally and cognitively, including patience, tranquility, the capacity for compassion, self-love, the feeling of well-being, memory, the ability to concentration and control of emotions for assertive decision making. As you can see, the importance of meditation brings multiple benefits, and that is why we must include it in our lives. Remember, you are the only protagonist in your life. Destiny is not something we come across, but something we build day by day, here and now.
