In the dearwormwood au, when and why did phil start wearing a blindfold? I understand the symbolism but in the fic it says he didnt always wear it. Also if it's a Christian thing then I wont recognize it since I'm Jewish, we didnt learn the new revelations (a. You have to learn bible class where I live but we learn it in a critical worldview, b. Fun fact! A lot of Jewish people I know call the new revelation " the Christian add on's to the bible" lol
No it’s not a Christian thing agsshsv Either way, Phil can’t see on a physical level! Or however you call it when you see things normally. He navigates on a more astral level, where all he sees are souls(of the dead, of living, and of gods). The blindfold is just a more physical manifestation of it, and helps keep the millions of souls’ vibrance at bay. (That and the whole saying about staring death in the eyes)
