Mega Kingdra Design!
Some nice little megas
My take on Mega Kingdra, both in regular and Shiny version!
Special thanks to Dragonith for the background template.
Kingdra deserves a Mega and since it's unlikely we're getting it soon, I wanted to doodle a fake mega . I was aiming for the weedy sea dragon look, also played a little with the fins to make them look like wings. This is going to be refined and coloured later.
