Kinda forget sometimes that I have a tumblr 😅

Anyway, I had this wacky idea for a crossover piece ages ago, but learning that five members of the cast for The Amazing Digital Circus (Amanda Hufford, Michael Kovach, Lizzie Freeman, Marissa Lenti and Alex Rochon) would be at Megacon Live London last month inspired me to actually do it. If I got it done in time, I was going to take it with me and get them to sign it.

And they did! The signed piece now hangs on my wall:

(Unfortunately Lizzie Freeman's autograph began fading during the journey home but it's still somewhat legible 😅)

I should mention they were the friendliest convention guests I have ever met and sitting in on the Sunday panel was a blast. This was my first time at this particular convention (I'm a long-time MCM Comic Con goer up until now - I've felt that something about MCM no longer appeals to me, so I made a decision last year to find a new convention instead) and they helped make it such a great experience that I plan on making Megacon Live my main convention from hereon out. So I want to just thank them for making that happen.

(Side note: TomSka's booth was opposite their signing tables. Coincidence? Maaaaaybe...)

WENT TO A CON TODAY IN A MISAKO COSPLAY AND IT WENT SUPER WELL!! whilst i didn't see any other ninjago cosplayers, i actually got recognised a few times???? like i remember i was looking at a stall in the artist alley and somebody who was behind my sibling and i asked "oh!! are you cosplaying misako :D" and i was SO SHOCKED IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE??

also got recognised as a ninjago fan at a twisted wonderland fan meet of all places?? met a fellow geo + lostshipping fan there 🥹

TMA Prints!

I’ll be headed to London soon and I am so EXCITED and SLEEP DEPRIVED! I’m very much so looking forward to my first ever London convention - I hope it goes well and that everyone is nice! While you’re there, stop by my table (AB2) and pick up one of these new Magnus Archives prints! These are fun, I really like the design. It’s nice to do something that feels a little different from my typical fare, and I hope that these will be well received.

Had a great time at Megacon Live Birmingham today!!! Thank you to all of the kind and awesome people we met there!!!

I bought a load of TMA merch which I'll probably post later, and I won some amazing photo cards and an eye pendant fom the TMA stamp ralley! (is that how you spell it? idk lol)

This was also my first time doing a proper cosplay - I went as Jon because who else would I be? Thank you to everyone who talked to me about + complimented it, and especially to the Gerry and Michael cosplayers! If you see this, I'm sorry we didn't get that photo, my dad started talking to me and my brain just stopped working for a minute, I only realised after that we didn't do it :')
