I don’t even know, like just the usage f the word “rapey” for Ecchan’s actions towards Hanabi f**king pissed me off, I don’t know in which perspective that both the reviewer and commenters were watching the whole series in but f**k, I’m not trying to be bias as a Yuri Zuki but we all know the reason why lust overshadows Ecchan’s love is because of Hanabi’s scummy actions, basically “Karma’s a bitch huh Hanabi?”

Any tips for new digital artists? I'm trying to get good enough to post online and your work looks so cute

Thank you, you’re too kind! And yeah I have a few things:

firstly get rid of this mind set that you need to be ‘good enough’ to start posting online and just start because you don’t and everyone probably looks back at their old work thinking they could do better. I remember hearing a quote at school that was ‘you don’t have to be good to start but you have to start to be good’. I know it can be discouraging in the early stages but patience and perseverance is key in art (as cheesy as that sounds lol)

I also think it’s important to draw what YOU want and keep it fun otherwise it feels easy to stagnate. 

experiment with techniques and practice! what i like about tumblr is that theres so much art and inspiration here.

TL;DR: practice and start posting now! you’ll improve more and more! I wish you the best of luck!
