Aaaaahh this is so CUTE hjfkjkdskds Mehrak delivery service...... Love to see how their friends/neighbours and the street vendors treat Mehrak like it's part of their family now. Not to mention how someone even gave Mehrak a book to bring home because they all just Know™. I also had a moment of déjà vu while reading Kaveh's birthday letter because I was almost, almost certain I had keysmashed a similar scenario where their neighbours and vendors gifted them and Mehrak additional stuff along with their groceries. I went to check my old tweets, and yes, my brain is indeed a crystal ball sometimes LOL

If Mehrak had successfully bought coffee during the 5.1 Sabzeruz event, how would it have transported it? Presumably it has to have some way of storing mora that we can't see, but what's the go for transporting coffee?

Additionally, how is this being communicated to the vendors at Port Ormos? Is Mehrak bringing an explanatory note and exact change with it? Or does anyone selling coffee in Port Ormos just know what to do when this briefcase rocks up?

And that's not even dealing with how Mehrak communicates it went to another coffee vendor...

Honestly the fact that people don't talk about Mehrak and Faruzan meeting is kind of crazy to me. Like Faruzan loves ancient mechanisms and thinks they're akin to living organisms. She loves talking about them, her field of research revolves around solving puzzle mechanisms and she actively dislikes those who are disrespectful towards them.

She literally had a robot companion that helped her out on expeditions and kept her company just like how Kaveh has Mehrak!

Hoyo has never put them in the same scene because they know they would be too powerful of a duo/hj. She would not be able to contain her excitement when it comes to little robots, especially when they have silly expressions like Mehrak. I think Mehrak would enjoy her auntie vibes.

There were many shots focused on the three of them standing in the kawa no ji ( 川の字) arrangement in this event, but I think this particular one is my favourite. Also, I'm just smiling forever at how Alhaitham can understand and decipher Mehrak' beeps and warbles as well as Kaveh does :") another headcanon validated, heh.

There's another small gesture/mannerism I noticed Alhaitham doing in this event, that I don't think I remember seeing before. In the clip above, he shakes his head a little when Kaveh gets all huffy after he realises Alhaitham understood Mehrak's beep-boop correctly ("See? Mehrak agrees."), and not merely as a vague happy-sounding noise like the way Paimon had commented in another earlier scene. I suppose it isn't strange that Alhaitham would gradually learn and understand Mehrak's beeps perfectly—he is the Haravatat prodigy and resident cunning linguist who had supposedly mastered 20 languages fluently, after all. But Kaveh is still allowed to be petty about it, how dare this guy be a genius at mastering even machinespeak so quickly !! Lol.

We see Alhaitham do his little head-shaking gesture again in their 2nd hidden scene after returning from the desert, when Kaveh tries to pull (and failed) Alhaitham's own trick of ignoring/pretending not to listen to him. It's so cute that Alhaitham only does this with Kaveh too—it's like his little resigned and mildly vexed unsaid "Fine, be that way/let's just leave him be" to Kaveh fussing and being all prickly about these mundane things again.

..... Alhaitham knows his ass is getting pounded later for being an infuriating brat goading his senpai the entire day. Just as planned LOL.

why did the writers/translators have to phrase it like that dsjdkjjsjjsjsg they knew what they were doing lmfao
