Wow that's super cool haha. I'd do a group cosplay but I literally know like 2 other people that are going to Matsuri lmao I have no friends

Haha. The thing is that really it was originally just my best friend and I planning cosplay for the next two years (this past Matsuri and this upoming Matsuri) and then my cousin got involved and then my friend's friends got involved. Hopefully we can pull it off because a lot of people are dropping out. You could always do a (platonic?) couple cosplay if your friends are interested in the same stuff as you, that's what my best friend and I did. :D

I'm going all 3 days (hopefully) + I'm not really sure what I'll be cosplaying lol but I'm planning on doing a maid Koujaku/Rin Matsuoka and maybe Asuka from nge but eh. Wbu? ^^

Friday - Fem! Rin Matsuoka (group Free! cosplay - all genderbents)

Saturday - Petra Ral (group SNK cosplay - we're putting a twist on our cosplays but I don't think my group wants us to reveal yet)

Sunday - It's a free day for my group so I'm probably thinking of doing a Fem! Dave Strider homestuck cosplay n.n

I'm POSSIBLY going to Oni-Con in Galveston as well but for only one day as genderbent Dave Strider. This depends on my family's status in October (if we're stable money-wise or not). :D
