take breaks and do sth fun w them!!! watch an episode of netflix, a youtube video, paint ur nails, anything

listen to motivational music (for me it’s rap or rock)

we took them in at 5 weeks because they were lowkey being abused. i tried to push them to keep them with their mum till 8 weeks but he refused
