I went to @hawkerchanaustralia yesterday and it was pretty tasty. It wasn't the Michelin dish I was expecting, but it was as good as any other decent street food or hawker stall that I've been to. The place is very busy, you can see a video in my highlights. I had to wait about 30 minutes in total. The meat was well flavoured and it was moist, the noodles were pretty dry, but they soaked up the sauce really well. I just wish there was more chicken and less bone. This dish is the soya chicken and noodles. I also went for the char sui pork, which in my honest opinion was much better. I can't deny that it was good value, my whole meal including a drink was less than $18.
